My son has been a Colorado Elite athlete/runner for the past two years. Shaw is an amazing coach and has helped my son hit numerous personal records in sprints, hurdles, throws and jumps. They also have other great coaches who specialize in the individual events so the coaching is very specific for each athlete.
I’ve been with Colorado Elite for around two years now, and I’ve loved every minute of it. The coaches are incredible and respectful to all athletes. I’ve been able to pull some massive PRs (personal records) as a result of the training and would recommend this club to anyone interested in running track.
