About Coach

Coach Shannon Johnson is deeply passionate about helping others build healthier, stronger lives through elite fitness and sustainable habits. Her dedication stems from personal triumph: after beginning her own health journey seven years ago and losing 25 pounds, she discovered firsthand the profound confidence, freedom, and happiness that come with prioritizing wellness. That life-altering experience inspired her to pivot her career into professional fitness and health coaching.

Shannon is currently completing her Certified Personal Trainer credentials through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), backed by specialized advanced certifications in Women’s Fitness, Senior Fitness, and Corrective Exercise. She seamlessly pairs her sports science training with 22 years of experience as a professional educator, mastering the art of encouraging, motivating, and breaking down complex movements to help individuals crush their goals.

Her extensive background in competitive sports and athletic training includes years of volleyball, weight training, Pilates, and yoga. An elite obstacle course competitor, Shannon has completed six grueling Spartan Races alongside her husband and fellow Colorado Elite trainer, Tyler. She is fully dedicated to helping youth, teens, and adults build unbreakable functional strength, lasting body confidence, and lifelong healthy habits.
